Our website terms and that of all of our third party partners such as Squarespace, Stripe, and Typeform apply to your use. By using our site you agree to those terms and our privacy policy.
Every effort is made to insure customer satisfaction. We will edit your eulogy with you until you are satisfied free of charge. Once all edits have been made and your final eulogy has been delivered via email, there are no returns or refunds. Any exception to this policy will be made on a case by case basis.
All eulogies are delivered electronically as attachments via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to open, view or convert the attachments to their operating system.
Credit cards are accepted via our credit card processor, Stripe. All terms and policies of Stripe apply.
Public comments on our website including but not limited to our blog are public. We reserve the right to delete any comments we deem to be inappropriate. Copyright infringements in comments are not allowed.
Links to protected Member Site assets, like images and videos, are not allowed.
